Seth Eklund

Seth Eklund grew up in Central Los Angeles, attended Loyola High School, and graduated from UCLA with a degree in Anthropology. Joining Bresee in 1996, Seth worked in youth programming for over 13 years and in several leadership positions at Bresee before his appointment to executive director in 2009. Seth’s many years of providing direct services to local youth gave him deep insight into the challenges young people experience on a daily basis. During Seth’s tenure, Bresee became the lead Gang Prevention provider for the mayor’s GRYD program in the Olympic Zone in 2012, the lead Family Services provider for the Wilshire FamilySource System in 2016, and a Best Buy Teen Tech Center.
